Puzzle 9: Locate the Address

Abhay invites his friends Sachin and Samarth for a dinner at his home. He stays in a colony, which has 64 houses in 8 rows, labelled from A to H. Each row has 8 houses, numbered from 1 to 8. The exact house address is unknown to Sachin and Samarth. To trick them, Abhay sends following 15 house addresses, and tells that one of these is his real house address.
A6, B6, C2, C7, D3, D6, D8, E1, E3, E8, F4, F5, F7, G6, H7.

He also sends alphabet of the row to Sachin, and number to Samarth. Both, Sachin and Samarth, do not now the complete house address.

Following conversation takes place between Sachin and Samarth.

Samarth: “I don’t know the exact address.”

Sachin: “I also don’t know it.”

Samarth: “I know it now.”

 Sachin: “I also know it now.”
