McNemar Chi-square test: Matched Pair design

This utility can be used to apply McNemar chi square test, to test the association between two dichotomous variables. (Matched pair design; 1:M matching ratio of cases to controls; M <= 4)

(For M > 1, chi square is calculated using Miettinen (1970) and Pike and Morrow (1970) extention)

Number of controls per case in the matched unit (1:M) 1: M pairing. You can have maximum of 4 controls per case (1:4 matching)
Observed values in your study.
Observed pairs in your 1:M matched pair study.
Significance level (Alpha or Type I error) % % In percentage. Commonly used values are 5, 1, 10.
